Running more than one site
Most contractors are not on a single job. The tools have to hold that, or they become another spreadsheet.
A principal contractor with three live sites does not need three ways of working. People move. Subcontractors appear on more than one job. The record has to follow the organisation, not a single postcode.
That is ordinary construction, not a special case. Software that treats each site as an island forces the office to reconcile them by hand. Software that treats the company as the unit, and the site as a place people are assigned to, is closer to how the work is already run.
Incon is for that shape of work: one organisation, many sites, a shared record. The kit will widen. The structure stays the same.
